The event, which took place in the newly-constructed “Bailey” model home, was well-attended and showcased the inviting atmosphere, new finishes, neighborhood amenities, and floorplans offered at The Cottages at River Hill. Attendees enjoyed complimentary food and festive drinks catered by Newburyport restaurant Mission Oak Grill, tours of the model home, a raffle and holiday gift basket, as well as the opportunity for current and future neighbors to get to know each other. Guests were encouraged to explore the model home, share holiday stories, and mingle by the fireplace.

Notably, interest in the Cottages at River Hill remains high, as the recently completed model home was sold on Saturday, the first day it was available for purchase. After touring the model home and discussing the floorplan and options, the home buyers reserved their new home before the conclusion of the event. The couple was represented by Susan Dougherty of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, who completed the reservation with Sharon Viens, Director of Sales at Nickerson Real Estate Partners.

“The Cottages at River Hill is unique because of our close-knit and active community atmosphere. We were excited to host this holiday party to bring neighbors, guests, and potential buyers together to showcase and discuss all of the characteristics that make this a great place to call home,” said Chip Hall, Senior Vice President of Cottage Advisors. “The sale of our newest home during the event was a highlight of the day and is a testament to the appeal of The Cottages at River Hill community and the lifestyle that it offers.”
